X-Cart One Step Checkout
It's alternative of the "X-cart One Page Checkout" module. It's build on ajax and operate mostly the same way, but it's open source. This module is required when you are going to customize your checkout process, for example add the delivery date or shipping method for each item.

This means not only has this sale been lost, but most likely future repeat sales from this customer.
